High Sierra Technologies, Inc. (“HSTI”) announces that it has entered into a Patent License Agreement with Seventh Wave, LLC (“Seventh Wave”), a well known and highly regarded Northern California marijuana enterprise. As a result of this Patent License Agreement, the first commercial utilization of the Patented Technologies of HSTI has been introduced by Seventh Wave to the public under the brand name “Hush Puppy™” and the Hush Puppy™ product line is now being carried in 10 licensed dispensaries in Northern California.
In regards to this Patent License Agreement and the introduction of the first commercial utilization of its Patented Technologies, Vincent C. Lombardi, President and Chief Executive Officer of HSTI, has stated that “We are incredibly excited about this relationship with Seventh Wave.
