Now that recreational marijuana is legal in 24 States, 3 United States Territories and the District of Columbia and medicinal marijuana is now legal in 40 States, 4 United States Territories and the District of Columbia, High Sierra Technologies, Inc. (“HSTI”) has created its own brand for low odor marijuana cigarettes for it to license along with the licensing of its low odor cannabis technologies. HSTI intends to require the use of its Hush Puppy™ brand in conjunction with the licensing of its low odor cannabis technologies.
HSTI is in the processing of obtaining State of California Trademarks for the logo and certain of the slogans used in the packaging that it has created to be used exclusively in the production and sale of low odor cannabis smokable products. As HSTI expands its presence into states other than California, HSTI intends to obtain similar Trademarks in each of these expansion states. At the point that marijuana becomes legal on a federal level. HSTI will be applying for Trademarks from the United States Patent and Trademark Office as well.
